Click on the Appointment Group Tab [1]. You may name your event [2] and choose any date and time range [3] you would like. If you have a block of time set, but want to divide up the time range into equal parts so that students may sign up for specific time slots (in this case 30 minute time slots), you may do so by clicking the “Go” button [4]. This will automatically create individual appointment time slots within the time range you entered. You can choose which Course Calendar [5] you would like to make your appointment in and also which Section within each course you are making it available to. You can limit the number of users in each time slot [6] and even limit the number of appointments each user can sign up for [7]. Once you are done, click “Publish” [8] to make the appointment(s) available for your students to sign up.

*Please note that it may take a few minutes for the appointment to show up on your calendar.

To edit all of the Appointment Options, click on “Group Details” [2]. To edit the appointment description and the number of people allowed in a single time slot, click on “Edit” [3]. To message the Attendees, click on “Message students” [4].
