• Midterm course surveys are optional and by faculty request only.
• End-of-term teaching surveys are automatically activated. Courses and faculty may be opted-out of the survey process.
  • Faculty in the schools of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Social Work, Bradford, and Johnstown will receive email notifications asking them to review survey details opt out of the survey process if they wish.
  • Administrators in the remaining schools can view instructions for opting out courses or faculty.
  • Faculty teaching classes in the School of Medicine should contact us to request a survey.

All faculty are asked to verify that surveys have been activated by going to their Teaching Survey Dashboard  a few weeks before surveys are scheduled to begin.
