Instructional Technology Support Specialist

John is an Instructional Technology Support Specialist, and works in the Pitt Online group in the Teaching Center. He is responsible for entering course content for new and existing courses and checks to make sure that any technologies used in these courses are working properly. He also creates and maintains the course schedules for Pitt Online and prepares billing statements for the clients that Pitt Online serves.
