Allison Harding is the survey coordinator for the Office of Measurement and Evaluation of Teaching (OMET). OMET administers midterm course surveys and end-of-term student opinion of teaching surveys. Allison earned her bachelor’s degree from La Roche University and her master’s degree from Carlow University. She worked for UPMC Health System for more than 15 years in roles ranging from management to facilitating projects relating to physician template use. She has a dense background in creating training materials, curriculum development and coaching employees. Allison can answer your questions about the survey process, assist faculty with adding questions to their survey, and accessing and interpreting results.
