Designed with utmost respect for the history and tradition of the Nationality Rooms, located on the first and third floors of the University of Pittsburgh’s Cathedral of Learning, this project seeks to utilize a mixture of technology solutions the goal is to improve functionality for teaching and learning. Some of the rooms, which were designed to represent the culture of various ethnic groups that settled in Allegheny County and are supported by these cultural groups and governments, will receive permanently installed equipment designed into the room. Others will receive a credenza that is designed to compliment the design of the room.
