The collaboration of Sloan Equity and Inclusion in STEM Introductory Courses (SEISMIC) brings together 10 large public research universities to make introductory STEM courses more equitable and inclusive. We are hoping to recruit four STEM faculty members and two undergraduate students  who are interested in STEM equity to be part of the NSF-funded Transforming Institutions through STEM Equity Learning Community (SELC) during the 2023-2024 academic year.

Stipends are included for participating undergraduate students.

SELC faculty and students will participate in monthly talk series, team meetings, and cross-campus collaborations.
